This position delivers a full range of workforce preparation and employment services to both job seekers and business customers. Assess needs, develop and monitor employment plans and align job seekers with training and employment opportunities. Work with the business community to meet the needs of local businesses while enhancing the workforce development system's capacity for responsiveness to a changing marketplace.
