Office Manager The Watertown Housing Authority is looking for a career-oriented, team player, with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills. This is a highly responsible position charged with undertaking all aspects of the Authority's state and federally funded housing programs. In consultation with the Executive Director, analyzes and reviewspolicies and procedures to assure regulatory and legal compliance per DHCD and HUD public housing programs. Supervise and assist office staff with rent collection, data entry, answering phones, applications for housing tenant selection, lease enforcement and annual recertifications. Develops and presents ongoing training workshops to WHA staff relating to State Performance Management Review (PMR) procedures and HUD performance standards. The successful candidate will interact daily with residents, maintenance and management staff and will be provided the opportunity to access professional training sessions geared toward career advancement in Public Housing and the Affordable Housing industry. Work hours are Monday Friday 8:30 to 4:30 Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred .
