Manager, Inside Sales
Victory Tax Solutions currently has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager at their Ann Arbor, MI facility! The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives.
This position is responsible for the overall performance metrics of his or her team, as well as their team's achievement of Victory Tax Solutions customer satisfaction and revenue growth targets which will keep the company competitive and innovative.
The manager will be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating their sales team on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the leader will be intensely focused on maximizing his/her sales team potential, crafting sales plans and presenting those plans to top management. Salary & Bonus $65-$75K Base + Bonus with potential to make $125k+
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage, motivate, train, and develop a team of 10-15 inside sales representatives
-Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of Account Executives and manage the sales program accordingly
-Establish daily goals and metrics for both inbound and outbound dialing teams
-Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
-Supervise and coach inside sales representatives to improve call performance
-Monitor and score calls for representatives -Assist with documentation of behaviors and performance
- Assist in scheduling/ensuring full shift coverage
-Foster positive and professional work environment - driving call center vision/culture
-Assist call center representatives with questions
- Develop creative outbound dialing strategies on an ongoing basis
-Audit, update and maintain reports
-Metrics to support driving continued growth within this department
-Provide guidance to representatives to ensure KPI's are met
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-3+ years previous inside sales or call center experience
-3+ years in a leadership sales role, preferably in a call center environment
-Proficiency with the MS Office Applications -BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience
-Sales experience in the Tax Resolution space. Not required, but preferred.
