Boatyard Laborer
$12.00 to $18.00 per hour – DOQ
Twin Lakes Management Company (TLMC), located at Lake McClure, is currently recruiting for a full-time Boatyard Laborer.
Under general supervision of the Boatyard Superintendent, the Boatyard Laborer will perform a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to, aiding other workers and customers, general clean-up, parts runs as/where necessary, stocking, inventory assistance, answering phones, and other general labor for Twin Lakes Management Company. Perform other duties as assigned.
The Boatyard Laborer is responsible for performing basic boatyard maintenance and operations duties, including; equipment and tool operation and maintenance, yard cleanup and maintenance, boat pulling/launching and cribbing, assists other workers and customers, and performs general labor. The Boatyard Laborer will be required to comply with company safety and training policies, best practices and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications include graduation from high school or equivalent with experience and/or training in performing basic and specialized building maintenance. Marine Mechanical and/or other boatyard building and service experience a plus. Must possess a valid class C driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under vehicle insurance program to be considered. Must be a proficient swimmer. A pre-employment drug screening and background investigation are required for the successful candidate.
