Boatyard Construction Worker
$16.00 to $22.00 per hour – DOQ
Twin Lakes Management Company (TLMC), located at Lake McClure, is currently recruiting for a full-time Boatyard Construction Worker.
Under general supervision of the Boatyard Superintendent, the Boatyard Construction Worker will perform a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical duties for Twin Lakes Management Company. Perform other duties as assigned.
The Boatyard Construction Worker is responsible for performing basic boatyard construction/maintenance and operation duties, including equipment and tool operation and maintenance, yard cleanup and maintenance, and houseboat pulling/launching and cribbing. Must be able to perform basic boatyard construction work, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical, track time, parts and materials for each job accurately and perform other duties as assigned. All work performed must be done safely and in accordance with training, best practices, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications include graduation from high school or equivalent with experience in performing basic and specialized construction duties. Boatyard building, or RV building, and service experience a plus. Must possess a valid class C driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under vehicle insurance program to be considered. Must be a proficient swimmer. A pre-employment drug screening and background investigation are required for the successful candidate.
