Triple C Inc., a Commercial Concrete Construction company in Atwater CA, is looking for a full-time Estimator's Assistant. This position is primarily assisting in estimating construction projects throughout CA. Salary depending on experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Performing quantity, material, labor and hardware take-offs using Planswift Software.
-Interpret plans, specs and details.
-Produce complete estimates and proposals.
-Ensure timely completion of estimates.
-Understand scope of work.
Qualifications:
-Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
-Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
-Experience reading construction plans preferred.
-Estimator experience preferred.
