Production Manager

Community Home development company seeking individual to oversee and manage the Production and Purchasing department, primarily in Los Banos and Merced, CA (other locations in Merced County may vary). Candidate for this Production Manager position will work closely with the Sales Manager on elements of daily schedules and field operations of home production planned development division, including value engineering, community planning, management of contractor performance, construction releases, bidding/purchasing cost analysis and home plan processing. 

Job Type: Full-time (M-F) Pay: $85,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience.

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
