Valid California Class A or B driver’s license with passenger endorsement (A-P or B-P) and School Bus Certificates and endorsements.

High School diploma or equivalent certificate of completion.

Join the SFCS family! Sierra Foothill Charter School (SFCS) is seeking a kind and careful Bus Driver for our small public charter school. The school is located thirty minutes from Merced, in the beautiful foothills of Yosemite National Park. SFCS has one simple, scenic bus route with community stops and great student riders. This position is responsible for the safe transportation of students in the morning and afternoon, occasional field trips throughout the year, and general maintenance of the bus and transportation records. The Bus Driver interacts with all levels within the school, including children, parents/guardians, and occasionally outside vendors. This position upholds the mission and values established by Sierra Foothill Charter School. Either full-time or part-time hours are available. Benefits and retirement program options are available to full time employees. Paid training is available upon hire, if needed. Hourly rate: $24 - $28 - depending on certification and experience

Incentive pay: $1,000-$3,000 - depending on certification and experience
