Merced County Community home development company seeking an experienced Land Development Superintendent that has extensive knowledge in land infrastructure development. Applicant must have working knowledge/experience with logistics of construction and land development design, engineering, and infrastructure build: including but not limited to installation of underground sewer/water/storm drain, joint trench, electric/gas utilities, curb/gutter/sidewalk, paving, grading, etc. Must possess excellent communication skills (English/Spanish preferred) to communicate with onsite personnel and subcontractor crews, and able to supervise/schedule multiple crews/trades to meet deadlines. Understanding of construction contracting and bidding/estimating is essential, along with general working knowledge to interface and maintain proper communication and relations with engineering consultants, project inspectors, municipality representatives and other relative to the industry.  

Job Type: Full Time (M-F w/ occasional weekend)

Pay Range: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 (DOE)
