  • Basic Front Desk tasks.
  • Human Resources-
    • All aspects of onboarding new hires:
    • Maintaining ample new hire packets, new hire training,  EE OSHA Safety Compliance training, appointments for Physical and Drug testing, logging all documents into system. 
    • Reporting new hires to State.
    • Prepare monthly ACA Compliance Report.
    • COVID EE Compliance Doc’s.
    • Datamaxx Payroll Software EE Enrollment, timecard maintenance.  Add missing information to daily timecards – I.E. Weather, Air Quality Information.
    • Vacation – Sick Pay Requests.
    • Maintenance of Job Specific SOP’s.
  • Retirement fund/EE forms compliance.
  • Health Insurance/EE forms compliance.
  • Workers Compensation/EE forms compliance.


  • Jobsite Compliance-
  • Create SDS Binders.
    • Maintain Supervisor packets and extra forms.
      • Confirm Supervisors are turning in their reports.
    • Forward Weekly Tailgate Meetings to PCS Clients for OSHA Compliance.


  • Possible Long Term Advancement areas:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Weekly Payroll Processing.
    • Quarterly Reports
    • Workers Compensation Report Filing
    • Bookkeeping functions
