Talent Acquisition Partner
Overview
Mindful Health Solutions is currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing organization. In this role you will source, qualify and match candidates to defined and specific open requisitions across assigned business units. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy and customer focused talent professional that loves a variety of roles ranging from Coordinator to director level roles. You will form relationships with departmental leaders and key operational stakeholders to understand requisitions and source for the right candidates.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience specializing in the high-volume recruitment and being able to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, developing a talent network, building partnerships with stakeholders, pipeline management and ensuring a positive interview experience for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Scouting top talent through multiple sources, and tactics including extensive networking, online, referrals, career fairs, industry events and other channels
- Develop recruiting plans, strategies, interview candidates, administer assessments, and initiate and monitor background check processes at all levels.
- Identifying qualified professionals, through various sourcing techniques (applications, job boards, database, social media, referrals etc.) and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates and match them with job openings that meet their preferences and career goals.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally while driving the recruiting and interview process
- Work with hiring managers to identity hiring needs, conduct strategy sessions, phone interviews, offer extension and negotiation for assigned roles.
- Candidate management and follow up.
- Deliver consistently high-quality recruiting experiences for candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
- Oversee and participate in recruiting events such as career events, industry events, social media sourcing, in-house marketing campaigns, etc.
- Assist with new hire onboarding to ensure incoming team members have a positive introduction to the organization.
- Drive other special projects as assigned to contribute to enhance the candidate experience across the company.
Qualifications
- This is a remote opportunity and can be located anywhere in the United States. Nashville,TN or Southeastern US highly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years experience candidate sourcing and working on clinical support/corporate roles a plus.
- Ability to negotiate and close key candidates in a clinical and corporate support environment.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking is very important to this role
- Ability to multi-task and follow up with a sense of urgency on all matters
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of confidential information
- Ability to work well with all teams and levels within the organization
- Strong PC skills - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Outlook
- Experience working with Applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred), social media, X-Ray and Advanced Boolean search methods, as well as some experience utilizing 3rd party sourcing tools (Hiretual, Entelo, TextRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) and leveraging external job posting portals and job boards as required.
