Looking to take the next step in your nuclear medicine career? University Radiology Associates has partnered with SUNY Upstate Medical University’s College of Health Professions to offer a unique on-the-job training opportunity. Through a 12-week program, nuclear medicine technologists can prepare to sit for the CNMT(CT) boards—without stepping away from their role.

No PET experience? No problem. We will train you!

At University Radiology Associates, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of imaging agents—far beyond standard FDG scans—including Pylarify, Posluma, Illuccix, Dotatate, and Amyvid. With two PET scanners and active participation in research studies through SUNY Upstate, we’re advancing the future of molecular imaging right here in Central New York.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Salary Range (G8): $35.00- $53.00 per hour

Salary based on skills, experience, internal equity & market considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification
• NYS Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT) certification
