IT Systems Integrator
As part of our IT department, you combine various and sometimes disparate subsystems into unified wholes, useful in accomplishing overall business objectives. You compare vendor and subcontractor bids to determine ideal subsystem prices, assess existing infrastructural capacity, and present to key stakeholders regarding needs and capabilities. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in an IT-relevant role, in addition to experience with project management and vendor relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to determine upgrade needs and integration possibilities
- Combine subsystems into cohesive units to better support business objectives
- Communicate with vendors to determine ideal subsystem pricing and sourcing
- Report to leadership and key stakeholders regarding infrastructure capabilities

- Provides oversight combine various and sometimes disparate subsystems into unified wholes
- Maintains, supports, and creates a unified system and continues with upgrading systems and applications.
- Supervises the work of assigned personnel including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Trains and assists other employees in the use of the various server applications.
- Works with users to document business requirements evaluate software systems, select appropriate solutions, and implement.
- Coordinates and assists in planning and feasibility/requirements analysis to determine the viability for proposed systems.
- Prepares the format of input and output documents, screens, and files.
- Writes technical specifications and uses the quality assurance (QA) to document quality practices and procedures.
- Develop and provide communication standards for the Systems Analyst Group.
- Assist in preparation and management of vendor contracts.
- Performs related work as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in an IT-related role, preferably with leadership responsibilities
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or commensurate experience
- Experience with project management and product and software development
- Proficiency with SQL, Azure, and cloud-based web services
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population
