SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes, and facilitates the activities, information, and services in connection with developing the budgets for the general fund, grants, and special funds. Supervises budget development processes and approvals, and budgetary accounting operations, which includes monitoring of budgets, adjustments, and performance reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration and 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in budgeting, fund accounting, financial reporting, and auditing, including 3 years in a leadership capacity over budget development.
