EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/DEPUTY CITY CLERK–
City of Livingston, CA ($4,105 -$4,989/Mo., plus excellent benefits.
Under direction of the City Manager, duties and responsibilities include: scheduling and preparing City Council meeting agendas; attend City Council and various other meetings; prepare minutes in accordance with legal requirements of the City Clerk’s office; maintaining official documents and records; overseeing the record management program; coordinating responses to public records requests; coordinating elections with the County and advising candidates on procedures and deadlines; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate communications, meetings and information for the City Manager and City Council.
