Receptionist
Busy Law Firm seeking a receptionist that is energetic, friendly, dependable and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting highly preferred. English-Spanish speaking preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Greeting Clients
• Answering Multi-Line Phone
• Scheduling Appointments
• Process Outgoing Mail
• Scheduling Appointments
• Other misc. office, administrative & clerical items as assigned
Skills Required:
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients
• Typing and ability to use computer programs Word and Excel
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond and interact positively with clients
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients, such as being personable and attentive

Job Type: Full-time Minimum Starting Salary: $15.00/hr.
Experience Preferred:
• 1 year customer service
• 1 year receptionist
